WEDDINGS

Our cart adds a whimsical element to your event, and our donuts and beverages will WOW your guests. Events are 2 hours and can be extended at your discretion. In addition to our carts, we offer Tented Service to weddings and special events.

The tented service allows us to set up in places not accessible to the 7,000 pound donut trailer! There is no difference in cost for our catering services regardless of format. In either format Carpe Donut prides itself in providing friendly, enthusiastic, and festive catering services to help set the tone for your event.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Use Carpe Donut for your next staff appreciation or special company function. In addition to fully catered dessert and beverage services, or full brunch, we offer drop off services which can meet any budget. You will be amazed at the impact on morale we can make!

Our red donut carts can serve 100-1000 people quickly and efficiently for a good value. We require an event minimum to bring the truck onsite but are happy to negotiate delivery or drop off to suit your needs.

Not in the city?

We will to travel outside of the Charlottesville area $1.50 per mile round trip. We are happy to customize the menu further, just let us know what you have in mind.

Donuts and Organic Coffee (hot and/or iced).
A great option for dessert, snack, or a light breakfast.
Cooked on site, hot, apple cider donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar.
Made with organic eggs, flour, spices, and apple cider.

BREAKFAST SERVICE

Please note that there is a 80 guest minimum for this service:

Organic signature donuts,
Local bagels with assorted cream cheeses,
Endless fruit bowl with strawberries, grapes bananas, seasonal fruit.
Organic Italian drinking chocolate.
Organic coffee with full coffee service.
Apple cider and orange juice.
